Because we celebrate 2 months of ~blue-club, we have decided to make a contest for our members, no matter how new.
The contest starts today (25th April 2008) and it will end on 25th May 2008.
We need a new AVATAR. animated or not, it doesn't matter. It only needs to represent the club and our love for blue. You can inspire from the actual one, or you can create something totally different!
It's your choice. We have only a few limitations, because DA has some standards for an avatar:

50x50 px
PNG, JPEG or GIF format image
smaller than 15 KB.



All of our member's submissions for the contest will be featured in the club's journal during the period of the contest. And after that they will receive an one week feature with one deviation from each participant in ~liftangel's and *edctpsu's journals for a week.

The contest will take place in three "steps".

25th April 2008 - 14th May 2008
We'll receive the contest entries, and we will show them in our club's journal.

15th May 2008 - 22th May 2008
We will make a member's choice voting, where you, the members, will be able to vote your favorite from the entries listed in the journal.

23th May 2008 - 25th May 2008
After sorting the votes by ~liftangel(founder) and *edctpsu(admin), we'll show the final 3 entries with the most votes from our members in the journal. The winner will be chosen from these 3 by ~liftangel and *edctpsu and the winner will be announced!



PRIZES
All of our member's submissions for the contest will be featured in the club's journal during the period of the contest.
All the participants at the contest will receive one week feature with one of their thumbs in the journals of ~liftangel and *edctpsu after the contest will end.

The WINNER will receive:
3 months subscription from =Flynn-the-cat
a 5 thumbs feature for one month in the journals of ~liftangel, *edctpsu and =Flynn-the-cat
will be mentioned always in our club's journals, receiving credits for his wonderful work!




If you can donate some other prizes like features in your journals, for a period of time... or, I don't know... subscription for the winner , leave a comment below or note us

Final notes:
send your contest entries in a note, with a link to the deviation.
we will add your entry to our favourites, in a special collection, so that you know we have accepted it and that you can find it in our journal.
for voting in the second "step" send a note with the name of the icon's creator that you'll like the best.
