Hi guys,

Just a couple of things for you all to know before i start the process of converting this club to a group. Please take note as it will help the transition to a group to be a smooth one

First off, all of the submissions currently in the gallery are going to be Migrated over to your real deviations. This means that the ones currently in the gallery will be swapped for the actual versions

Super groups - since this club does not have a premium membership we will not become a supergroup when we convert. We could later chhoes to upgrade to a super group however group premium memberships are actually a lot more expensive than normal premium memberships. This means that once we convert to a group it will be alot more expensive for us to be in a "pretty-and-able-to-use-journal-skins" state. To get around this we could renew our subscription before we convert. So if anyone out there is feeling particulary generous today, a gift subscription for the club would be hugely appreciated. (also note dA's current "buy a gift get a gift" promotion meaning that if you subscribe us dA will subscribe you too for free )

Notes and messages - these will be deleted on conversion so the best way to contact the club at the moment is actually to message me at my personal account *Rock-Chik898. Also any of you have that have sent in join/submission notes recently these will be ignored and will need to be delt with again once we become a group. Same with any deviations sent in but not submitted yet. I'll explain more about this once the conversion is done but you just need to be aware of this (there is a way to view them after the conversion but most of them wont be relevent anway)

I realise that was probably a lot of info to take in but i just thought i'd keep you informed and help keep this club as an awesome place for you artists as we convert to groups

Expect more info over the next few days - I have a few more things to take care of before i actually submit the conversion form.

Hello Fellow Members,

This is ~alltheoriginalnames's, your former Head Admin. As some of you may know, I run a few different Clubs here on deviantART. A few of them I have converted to the new deviantART Group system. While I am acting Head Admin of this Club, I do not own it; so therefore I will not be converting this Club to Groups. I leave that decision up to the original owners of this Club, who have allowed me and the Wonderful Staff here to run this club as we choose and keep it active.

We have made some changes here and there, and think the Club had grown and flourished considerably. Unfortunately without any significant assistance with Staff the Club had to be put on hiatus until it either got help or the Group system was released.

*Rock-Chik898 has volunteered to take over this club as active Head Admin and convert it into a group. Please give her a warm welcome. She knows what she is doing, I have worked with her over at the *PurpleClub



I would like to thank all the Members here. This is an amazing group of artists and fantasy enthusiasts, and it has been a great experience working with you all.
